Good value apartment close to sultan Qaboos Mosgque

Popy at reception was friendly and offered any help we needed. Room was ready

I think it would be useful to have a small amount of dishwashing liquid, sponge and tea towel ( we were only there 2 nights we didn't want to buy these items ) Please provide at least 1 sharp knife ... we had to cut watermelon with a spoon

OK for a one night emergency stay

Room size was OK. Location is very near to the malls and Sultan Mosque. Wifi in the room was very good. It is good for emergency stay only. The bed was comfortable.

Room was not very clean. Hotel is under renovation. I checked in at 11.30 pm and my room was not ready even though check-in time should be 2 pm and I had to wait for 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and tried to solve the situation. The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast option. TV channels were not clear.

Convenient stay in a good location :)

spacious and comfortable rooms - rooms equipped with AC and fan - good value for the money - helpful and kind staff - sultan-qaboos-mosque just 20min away by feet - a lot of restaurants and markets next to the accommodation (just 5min by feet)

you have to pay extra for check-in a bit earlier

It was a short stay but U am satisfied with the facility.

Room as well as Bathroom with all the needy items.

It was a massive apartment for the amount we paid and everything was new.

The location is close to the airport and Grand Mosque, but far from the rest of Muscat sights and in the middle of an industrial estate.

You get what you pay for.

The apartment was quite spacious and the price is very good. if you are the type of person who is looking for fancy place, then nope this is not meant for you. If you want somewhere cheap to spend the night. then yup, go ahead.

The surroundings. lots of warehouse and constructions sites. Furniture was old.

No services, no drinking water was supplied, cleaning team never came to clean the room, room floors has not been mopped hence it was dusty and unclean floor.

Being a pet friendly goes on the top of my list, apart from that great value for money. I had a huge apartment, very clean and location is alright as well . I would definitely book the place again for a pleasant stay in the city.

Wasn't that great. The service could have been better.

The hotel and the rooms were really nice. But there was no washing machine available for people who were staying longer.

There were many problems with this hotel. Construction was still under process, and the guests were allowed to stay, and the noises and disturbances were terrible. Pieces of marble was lying in front of the main entrance, in which one of my family members tripped. First off, we were there for 5 days, and because of a bathroom blockage and the water from our bathroom was leaking to the downstairs flat. We were asked to move out of our flat on the 3rd day to fix the problem so that wasted our limited time. Also, the hotel promised for free wifi, but the wifi was only available in the lounge. We essentially weren't staying for the whole 5 days as we thought, and we asked them to return our money for the extra day, which they refused. By creating a fancy hotel, doesn't mean the hotel is great but the service the staffs offers must be clearly appreciated by the customers. Staffs must remember that customer safety is utmost priority. The marble in the front of the entrance, where my family member tripped, wasn't moved until we made sure they did. How would you feel, if you tripped on a marble and it wasn't moved? I think only 50 percentage of payed money was really valued in the stay. The rest of the money should have been returned. I wish the staffs, can start thinking about the people that are staying in the hotel.

Materasso un po’ duro. Zona piena di lavori. Ma entrambi i difetti non pregiudicano il buon soggiorno.

لا انصح بالفندق اطلاقاً

الشقة والغرفة واسعة دورات المياة نظيفة وتتوفر بها كافة ادوات الاستحمام

السرير غير مريح وصلب الكرفاية تصدر اصوات قوية اثناء الحركه عليها ازعاج قوي جداً وقت الظهيرة بسبب تكملة اعمال الانشاءات في الفندق لم استطع النوم وقت الظهيرة بسبب صوت الدريل القوي عدم وجود عزل بين الشقق والغرف تم طلب سرير صغير اضافي مرتين ولم يتم تلبية الطلب وجود نباح كلاب فالليل كراسي الصالة غير نظيفة عدم وجود خدمات بجانب الفندق لم يتم اعطائنا وقت كافي اثناء التشيكاوت بعد نصف ساعه بعد الساعه الثانيو هلكونا بالاتصالات وكأنهم يريدو طردنا

الاستقبال والطاقم الموجود من الصباح حتى المساء ودودين جدا ومتعاونين جدا وخاصة موظف الاستقبال لاتفارقة الابتسامة ابدا .. في بادي الامر اعطوني غرفة في الطابق الاول ولكن كان لايوصل لها الواي فاي وغيروها بكل سهولة بغرفة في الدور الرابع

الفرش غير مريحة ابدا . الكنبة وسخة . طلبت غرفة واحدة وحصلت على غرفة مشتركة في الصالة والمطبخ والباب مع غرفة اخرى . الفندق من المستحيل الوصول اليه ولولا وجودة على البوكنج لن يستطيع الوصول اليه احد ..

لا انصح به الان ,, لان العمل مستمر عليه ,, قد يكون لاحقا جيد للحجز منه اما الان فلا

المكان نظيف جدا و الشقه واسعه الانترنت سريع و يصل الى غرف الطابق الاول

- السرير غير مريح ابدا صلب و يصدر اصوات على كل حركة (uncomfortable bed) - دورة المياه و المسبح ضيق جدا جدا - صوت الانشاءات فالفندق مزعج جدا جدا ( الصوت عالي طرق و ادوات قطع الاخشاب مزعجه ) - انتظار الغرفه لتجهز اخذ وقت طويل

قربه من المراكز تجاريه وتوسطه المدينه

لم يعجبني موضوع التنظيف ليس بتلك الدرجه الجيده وكذلك الارضيات ليست نظيفه و من ساعه 8 صباح عمال يشتغلون بالمواد المزعجه والعائله لم ترتاح من الاصوات من الصباح وحتى وقت متاخر

أعجبتني نظافة الغرفه

أنزعجت كثيرا من الاعمال الاضافية التي تحدث في الهوتيل حيث لا يتوقف العمال في فترة الظهيره عن العمل وأزعجني ذلك ولم أستطع النوم وقد أبلغت الاستقبال بذلك ولكن لم يتوقفوا الا بعد ما طار النوم وكذلك بعض الاثاث غير نظيف ولا تتوفر مكواة ملابس.
